Inviting your team 🤝

Once your Portfolio is created and ready, you can begin adding Projects and inviting team members. Let's do it!

🏗️ Creating Projects

With in-scope technologies and outcomes visible, we can begin creating new Projects or importing existing Projects. Org Owners and Portfolio Owners have this capability. Include details about the Project, attach important historical, upload an image, and invite any Project Members directly.

➕ Managing active team members

You can add team members with varying permissions at the Portfolio, Sub-portfolio, and Project level. Inviting new members is as simple as entering their email address. They'll get an invite and can create their account to access Productable.

🔎 View-only members

There are likely individuals (e.g. senior leaders, contractors, SMEs) who need visibility into your organization's innovation efforts but do not need any active permissions. You can add View-only members who can stay in the loop on all innovation activity.

Only Org Owners can add View-only members.
