Leaders and integrators can primarily support innovative Projects within a Sub-portfolio Activity tab. This is where users will find Wins, Barriers, Insights, Progress Updates, and pending/completed decisions from all Projects in the Sub-portfolio. Here teams can collaborate on blockers or gain clarity on progress made. If integrators need leader awareness, they can escalate activity up to the Portfolio level.
🆘 Resolving Barriers
One of the most critical jobs of an innovation integrator is to help their Project leads with the challenges they're facing. Use the comment thread on a posted Barrier to chat with Project leads about the problem and share how you can help.

🔺 Escalating activity
For Barriers that cannot be addressed by Project-facing integrators, Barriers can be escalated up to the Portfolio level so that high-level leaders can prioritize helping integrators, help Project leads.
All other posts (Wins, Progress Updates, and Insights) can be promoted as well in case there's something special an integrator wants easily visible to senior leaders.
